Arrive at the venue at the appointed time and receive a full safety briefing from your experienced instructor. Then it's time for an overview of the vehicle and how it works, before moving over to your chosen earth mover to become acquainted with the controls. Next, take your seat in the vehicle's cab and drive over to the site where you'll get to move some serious earth! Your experience will last for around 40 minutes, with 20 minutes' theory and time spent getting used to the vehicle, and a further 20 minutes' drive time. The course ends with the presentation of a certificate of attendance and instructor feedback.

Upon purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for 10 months for one person. You are then free to contact the supplier to book a date for your activity. Sessions are one on one between you and an instructor. This experience is suitable for persons aged 18 and over. No previous experience is necessary but you must be able to drive competently. This activity is run on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year, with various start times both morning and afternoon. You will need to contact the supplier to check availability. Please wear suitable driving/outdoor footwear and clothing for the weather. Guests are welcome and encouraged to get as close to the action as safely possible. Where the vehicle you are driving has available space, guests/spectators are welcome to accompany you. Two guests may attend free; additional guests over 16 must be booked in advance at £5/head. Refreshments available free of charge on arrival for yourself and your guests; but meals are not included. Should the activity be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions you will be notified in advance.
