This ticket includes a flight on the London Eye and a 40 minute sightseeing cruise on the Thames. The flight on the London Eye lasts for approximately 30 minutes, the time it takes for the London Eye to revolve completely. Please note that flights take place in shared capsules. Flights are available daily from 10.00am to 8.00pm. During June and September they are available until 9.00pm. This ticket is valid for the 5:45pm and 6:45pm river cruises only. You must arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time. This tickets does not include fast track boarding for the London Eye therefore it is advisable to take the river cruise before your trip on the London Eye to avoid missing the river cruise departure. The London Eye does not operate on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Years' Eve. Take your voucher to the Priority Check-In desk inside County Hall, where you will be issued with separate tickets for the London Eye and river cruise.

On purchasing this ticket you will be able to print a voucher valid for a 30 minute flight on the London Eye and a 40 minute river cruise on the Thames on the date that you specify when purchasing. This ticket may only be used on the date booked. This ticket is valid for the 5:45pm and 6:45pm cruises only. Child tickets are valid for ages 4-15 years. Adult tickets are valid for ages 16 years and over. This package is not suitable for children under 4 years of age. Please note that these tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable. Customers should be at the dock 15 minutes before the river cruise departs.
