The Phalaenopsis Orchid Plant comes potted in a ceramic pot along with your personalised message gift card and instructions for care. Delivery can be made on the day of your choice, Monday to Friday inclusive. Standard Next Day Delivery is available to the majority of mainland UK postcodes, excluding the Scottish Highlands. If nobody is available to accept delivery at the specified address the parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the premises. If no safe place is available (at the absolute discretion of the driver) a card will be left with a contact number for the recipient to call and arrange a convenient time for delivery or collect the parcel from the City Link depot. After 2 failed delivery attempts your parcel will be returned. If your parcel is returned to us under these circumstances, no refund will be given. Flowers may be delivered in bud to prolong their vase life. All products are subject to availability and in the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute stems of equivalent value.
