Owned and run by French chef and baker, Richard Bertinet, The Bertinet Kitchen offers a range of relaxed and fun courses for food lovers of all abilities. Based on Richard’s award winning book ‘Dough’, this bread-making course gives a fascinating insight into one of our best loved foods and Richard’s unique techniques. There is no kneading or knocking back just a lifting and folding technique that will enable you to create delicious light airy breads such as fougasse and focaccia at home.

On booking you must choose a course from selected available dates. Each class begins at 10am, includes tuition and hands-on participation, as well as lunch with wine.
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. Minimum age is 18. You do not have to have any prior knowledge to attend these classes. Classes are available on selected dates throughout the year. Please note, Saturday courses are subject to a supplement of £20 payable upon booking. Please note that all classes are subject to availability.
