First off, you'll contact the supplier to choose your course. On the day of the course, you will be given expert tuition on the background to your chosen topic before your highly knowledgeable instructor guides you through the hands-on part of the experience. You may choose from:
Italian Antipasti – Italian starters/canapé style food
Cooking Skills – Aimed at beginners, is a really good grounding course
Men in the kitchen – Aimed at teaching men how to cook a 3 course meal
Bread making courses
Course times and durations vary slightly but you should allow for around four hours at each course.
