The Novelli Academy One Day Course will commence at 10:30-11am. Jean-Christophe Novelli’s protégé chef, Steven Kitchen, will guide you through a mixture of demonstration and “hands on” cookery with each course following a particular theme.
Lunch and beverages throughout the day are also included.
The course will end at approximately 3:30-4pm.
