All rides and attractions open at 10am throughout the season. Closing times vary. Once you enter the park, you are free to attend all the rides that you want. When purchasing you must select a date on which you would like to attend this attraction; your ticket will be valid for entry to the attraction on the date that you specify only (if purchasing a two day ticket then this must be used on consecutive days, the first being the date selected).
Notes
On purchasing this ticket you will be able to print a voucher valid for entry to Alton Towers on the date that you specify when purchasing. This ticket may only be used on the date booked. Child tickets are valid for ages 11 and under; adult tickets are valid for those aged 12 years and over. A family of four ticket admits two adults and two children; family of five tickets admits two adults and three children. Two day tickets must be used on consecutive days. School holidays tend to be especially busy and so it is recommended that you arrive early to beat the queues. All rides have height restrictions for safety purposes - please enquire about specific rides upon booking. Young children or those with heart problems may not be able to use all attractions. Please note that theme park tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable. They also may not be extended.
